The library was where Harrison Williams kept his horses.

Mike, after Mona had the main estate house torn down (around 1950 or so) (which was on the North side of Bayville Avenue), she continued living in one of the other structures on the property. In the mid or late 1960's, she sold a large section of the estate property (on the south-east side of the property) and some homes were built. Not too many years later, she ended up selling the rest of the estate property to developers and more homes were built. Most of the homes on the Williams' property were built from about 1967 to the late 1970's. The rest were built in the 1980's. I believe that there are over 100 homes on that property today. I'm pretty sure that Mona (Harrison's wife) died in 1983. Hope this answered your question.

There are old, abandoned tunnels that led from this area to the other buildings on Harrison Williams property. My friend went down into those tunnels in the 1970's, but said you couldn't go far because there were sections where the tunnels had collapsed.
